Warranty Period

  • The warranty is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

  • Claims can only be made with a valid proof of purchase.

How to Claim Your Warranty

If you experience an issue with your product, follow these steps to claim your warranty:

  2. Provide Details: Share your proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and any supporting photos or videos.

  3. Send the Product: If required, we’ll guide you on how to return the faulty product for inspection.

  4. Receive Your Replacement: Upon approval, we’ll ship a replacement product to you free of charge.

Important Notes

  • The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

  • Replacements are provided for the same product model and specifications.

  • Warranty claims for damage not covered under the policy may be rejected.
